Well made it to the big town! After an uphill I calculated and I've climed 4000 meters so far more to come the bike just swallows the kilometers is grand! 

I've stopped at a nice hotel along the beach nice surf spots 

To after 4 days take a few nice warm showered and re supply as there is another long stretch ahead! With nothing.

And to rest my left knee it's hitting pretty badly! As is my left side of my neck oh where is a nurse when I need one:) 

Bike maintenance -- none to be had just make sure all of the bolts are tight and that is it no chain to worry about and no dérailleur :) 

So a good night and then back on the road for another week I'm thinking that is a win 5 or six days in the tent and then hotel!
